So, I have finally geared myself up to give this whole blogging thing a try.

Fair warning, I consider myself to be pretty boring, and I don't even really know how much I will use this, though I might surprise myself, I suppose.

I guess I should start with a little about me. Let's see...

I just celebrated my ten year wedding anniversary. I am a stay-at-home mother of four. My eldest daughter, Hope, is 9 and a half. Lily turns 6 tomorrow. Carter is 4 and a half and Adalynn is only just 6 weeks old. Little Addy was a surprise baby but I honestly can't imagine not having her - though I am DEFINITELY DONE, now...lol. I want to do a tab about, me but I am still figuring all this stuff out.

I don't exactly know what I will blog about though I have decided to start trying my hand at knitting again so I will probably post my successes and failures (probably mostly failures), and my husband has been hounding me to write a book (I promise I write better than I blog- or so I have been told) so there might be some stuff about that. Aside from that I am sure my kids will show up here from time to time, along with a few tricks I've picked up that have to do with being a mom.


For example-

When Addy out grew newborn diapers I still had half a package left. Instead of letting them go to waste I use them as nursing pads. (weren't expecting that as a kernel of wisdom, were you? At least my first post is really letting you know what you are in for here.)

Hmmm, I guess that's it for now. Hopefully I'll post again soon. If not just pretend it's because I am busy with my kids and not because I am too lame to think of anything interesting to post about.
